Young & Able’s Team of trainers and consultants offers employee and management development training that is geared towards small businesses as well as corporates. This training can be offered as a tailored training program within the company for a minimum of 15 people or as open forum training where companies can send between 1 and 10 employees/managers to be trained.
The training focuses on the necessary skills that managers and employees at any level need to be effective in their work. We offer spaced, repetitive learning programs which means that each course is segmented into different modules of 4hr increments. By spacing the modules in either weekly or monthly time frames helps participants to grasp and apply what they learn in the meantime before learning the new skill in the next module. The price of each module is delebarately lower than what other training providers charge but has more value to enterprise and the individual as it focuses on real learning than can be implemented with tangable results.

Although these courses work best when offered in the entirety, we are able to offer specific modules from the different courses to meet your companies specific needs. The following courses can be offered in-house or you can send participants to open forum event training in your area.

CORE SKILLS is 5 module course that helps professionals, sales staff, managers and regular staff members increase productivity and improve interaction through specific goal-setting, time leveraging, communication, negotiation, teamwork and leadership skills.

POSITIVE IMPACT consists of Seven Module (3-4 hours in leangth) focusing on helping individuals within an organisation master the behaviours of successful individuals who add value to their organisation, collegues and clients.
