Buhle is an entrepreneur, a sought-after speaker, author and managing director of Young and Able cc, a personal and business development consultancy. He coaches organisations and individuals to “Turn Passion Into Success” and “Own The Future,” and, in so doing, contributes to the development of the next generation of leaders. Apart from running his own business, he is also a strategic partner of Heartlines, a mass-media initiative promoting sound values, which aired on SABC in 2006-2007 and in 2009. Together with Heartlines they have launched a National ForGood Initiative encouraging South Africans to live their values for good as well as the Youth Mentors initiative.

Lebogang Mashaba

Lebogang is from Soweto. She has had a successful career in radio since she was 18 years old. She has worked with young people for almost 18 years in various organizations in various leadership positions. She has more than 5 years experience in an ETDP Environment (Education, Training & Development). She has facilitated workshops on diversity & life skills training both nationally and internationally. She is mentored by the internationally acclaimed motivational speaker Dr. John Tibane.

Edgar Ramsami

Edgar has a background in youth work where he has served various faith-based organizations and it is within this context that he has developed and presented a range of workshops centred around relationship building. Some of these include Team Building, Self Management and Diversity. He has presented these workshops both nationally and internationally. Edgar’s regular clientele includes schools, church groups, NGO’s and corporate companies.

Quinton Pretorius

Quinton is an experienced speaker, trainer, and team-building facilitator and is part Young & Able’s Dynamic Team of speakers. It’s no small wonder that Quinton Pretorius is such a dynamic leader and accomplished social entrepreneur. As a Clinton Democracy Fellow, he has learned from the best. His own ideas and philosophies have been shaped through face to face dialogues with some of the most influential leaders of our time; Jeff Schwartz, CEO of Timberland, Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York City, and former US President Bill Clinton, to name a few.

He lives and breathes diversity and relates exceptionally well to people from diverse backgrounds. His personal story is a shining example of how one can overcome very difficult circumstances to become a nation builder. Quinton is married to Tamsyn and has recently added Fatherhood to his list of accomplishments.

Olefile Masangane

Olefile is a creative communicator, strategist and facilitator with an enormous experience in working with people of diverse backgrounds. He is part Young & Able’s Dynamic Team of speakers and consultants. He started his people development career with Youth For Christ in 1995, where he traveled throughout South Africa doing lifeskills in schools, using creative mediums such as drama and dance. Olefile was also part of a very successful International Musical Band, Khanyisa touring USA and Slovakia in 2001. He has worked with The Salvation Army where he assisted in training teams and youth leaders in creative communication. He currently works with Young & Able as consultant.

He is involved in leadership development and is an excellent facilitator of creative concepts for strategy development and personal creativity. As a speaker he has dynamic stage stage presence and an ability to relate to big and small audiences.
